Heather McNeill is currently completing a contract as Evaluation Researcher in the Research Administration and Development office of the Fraser Health Authority. 

Her previous related work experience includes management of performance measurement systems and external evaluation for regional economic development.  She has a MSc (agricultural economics) from the University of Saskatchewan.
