Health Research Cuts are a Sign of an Ailing System

Who needs research and evidence to support public policy? Sadly, not the BC Liberal government. Over the past few months, the BC Liberal government has forced health authorities to implement significant cuts to clinical and patient services - to surgical procedures, seniors programs, long-term care, and diagnostic procedures such as MRI and mental health services - in a haphazard manner.
